Our library contains over 300 publications on barrier-free design. Whether you are building a new home or renovating an existing one, you will find useful ideas and illustrations on barrier-free design solutions.

Included in our collection is a copy of the 1997 Alberta Building Code and Barrier-Free Design Guide. New homes, renovations, or additions should be designed to meet the current requirements of the building code. The Barrier-Free Design Guide provides an illustrated guide to these requirements.

Drop by our office to view the library during office hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 12:00 noon.

For a $10.00 annual library membership fee, lending privileges are available. Books may be signed out for a 2-week period.
